Deposits and Payment

IF YOU HAVE NOT CHECKED AVAILABILITY, MAKING A PAYMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING


To secure any reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total amount must be received within 3 days, where time allows, with the balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival.


If the booking is made under 4 weeks prior to arrival, payment has to be made in full by BACS.


There is also a refundable cleaning/security deposit of £80.00 payable with the balance.


All short-breaks have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
